The Grades page shows your course gradebook, with default calculations based only on submitted and/or graded assessments, potentially misleading the Total value. This may not accurately reflect your current course achievement.
View Total Grade
To ensure the grades total portrays a more accurate real-time calculation, it is strongly recommended that students change their default grade view to View Total Grade.
In order to view a grade total that includes all assessments, regardless of grading status, uncheck the Calculate based only on graded assignments checkbox in the sidebar. This will update the Total values in the gradebook.
