In April 2026, Mohawk College moved to Turnitin LTI 1.3, a new way of integrating TII into Canvas. As you migrate to this new integration, you will need to:
- Go to your MyCanvas course, go to Assignments, then select the Add Assignment button
- Under Submission Type, select Online located within the settings of the Assignment
- Scroll to the bottom of the assignment settings, click on the Add Document Processing App button and select Turnitin
- Configure the Turnitin settings, then scroll to the bottom and click Save
- Once your Assignment settings are complete, select Save & Publish
