What does InStage Offer?

InStage offers different styles of simulations (listed below). If you are interested in using InStage and are unsure which of these best fits your needs, or if none of these feel like they would fit your needs, please reach out to an Instructional Designer to discuss options.

Mock Interviews

  • This type of simulation allows users to provide InStage with a job posting, and practice interviewing for that specific role. Additionally, users can opt into sharing a copy of their resume in InStage to make the interview more tailored and realistic.
  • Following a Mock Interview, learners receive immediate, AI-driven feedback on their responses, delivery, and both verbal and non-verbal communication (if their camera was on). Feedback highlights both strengths and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.

Presentations

  • This type of simulation allows users to provide a presentation topic, as well as information about the purpose of the presentation, who the audience is, and sample questions that the AI may ask at the end. It is compatible with a wide range of presentation scenarios, such as information sharing, elevator pitches, project proposals, or other presentation-based objectives.
  • During the simulation, users will be able to see reactions and engage with questions from the AI avatar. Following the simulation, users will receive detailed AI-driven feedback on their delivery, clarity, follow-up responses, slide design (if sharing screen) and more.

B2B Sales (Sales Roleplay)

  • This type of simulation allows users to practice sales scenarios. This sales training is comprehensive, as the customer personality can be adapted to reflect real industry challenges, from the reluctant customer to the eager prospect.
