How do I create a recurring meeting in Outlook?

To Schedule recurring Teams meetings from Outlook:

Choose the Calendar icon  CalendarIcon.jpg Choose either New Meeting NewMeeting.jpg or the Teams Icon TeamsIcon.jpg
Note: If you have more than one mailbox, make sure you are scheduling from the correct email.

Fill in the Meeting Request

  1. Add a Title for the meeting
  2. Click on Required to find Attendee's email address or manually type email
  3. Click on Optional to enter Attendee's that are optional to this meeting ( this step may be optional)
  4. Enter the Start and End Date/Time
  5. Choose Microsoft Teams Meeting from the Location drop down
  6. Type the Details and Description of the meeting
  7. Click Make Recurring

Fill in the Appointment Recurrence

  1. Confirm the Start time, End time and Duration are correct
  2. Choose the Recurrence Pattern, when the meeting should reoccur. Example: Weekly
  3. Choose the Recurrence Pattern, the day of the week.  For every other week put a 2 in the box.
  4. Choose the Start and End DateDo not choose No end date
  5. When finished, press OK and then Send to deliver the invitation
