To Schedule recurring Teams meetings from Outlook:
Choose the Calendar icon Choose either New Meeting
or the Teams Icon
Note: If you have more than one mailbox, make sure you are scheduling from the correct email.
Fill in the Meeting Request
- Add a Title for the meeting
- Click on Required to find Attendee's email address or manually type email
- Click on Optional to enter Attendee's that are optional to this meeting ( this step may be optional)
- Enter the Start and End Date/Time
- Choose Microsoft Teams Meeting from the Location drop down
- Type the Details and Description of the meeting
- Click Make Recurring
Fill in the Appointment Recurrence
- Confirm the Start time, End time and Duration are correct
- Choose the Recurrence Pattern, when the meeting should reoccur. Example: Weekly
- Choose the Recurrence Pattern, the day of the week. For every other week put a 2 in the box.
- Choose the Start and End Date. Do not choose No end date
- When finished, press OK and then Send to deliver the invitation
