To Schedule recurring Teams meetings from Outlook:
Click/press on Calendar or the Calendar icon
Select either New Meeting or the Teams Meeting Icon
Note: If you have more than one mailbox, make sure you are scheduling from the correct email.
Fill in the Meeting Invitation Details
- Add a Title for the meeting
- Click on Required to find Attendee's email address or manually type email
- Click on Optional to enter Attendee's that are optional to this meeting (this step may be optional)
- Enter the Start and End Date/Time
- Choose Microsoft Teams Meeting from the Location drop down
- Type the Details and Description of the meeting
- Click/press Make Recurring
- Fill in the Appointment Recurrence:

- Confirm the Start time, End time and Duration are correct
- Select the Recurrence Pattern (e.g., Weekly) and choose the day(s) of the week
- For biweekly meetings, enter 2 in the interval box
- In the Range of Recurrence, confirm the Start and End Date; do not select No end date
- When finished, press OK and then Send to deliver the invitation
