How do I create a recurring meeting in Outlook?

To Schedule recurring Teams meetings from Outlook:

Click/press on Calendar or the Calendar icon  CalendarIcon.jpg

Select either New Meeting or the Teams Meeting Icon

Note: If you have more than one mailbox, make sure you are scheduling from the correct email.

Fill in the Meeting Invitation Details

  1. Add a Title for the meeting
  2. Click on Required to find Attendee's email address or manually type email
  3. Click on Optional to enter Attendee's that are optional to this meeting (this step may be optional)
  4. Enter the Start and End Date/Time
  5. Choose Microsoft Teams Meeting from the Location drop down
  6. Type the Details and Description of the meeting

  7. Click/press Make Recurring
  8. Fill in the Appointment Recurrence:

    1. Confirm the Start time, End time and Duration are correct
    2. Select the Recurrence Pattern (e.g., Weekly) and choose the day(s) of the week
    3. For biweekly meetings, enter 2 in the interval box
    4. In the Range of Recurrence, confirm the Start and End Date; do not select No end date
    5. When finished, press OK and then Send to deliver the invitation
